How do you ensure your packaging is plastic-free?

We use 100% biodegradable materials, including paper tape, recycled cardboard boxes, and compostable filler made from potato starch. Even our shipping labels are plastic-free.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, certain products like toothbrushes or personal care items cannot be returned once opened.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link so you can follow your parcel's journey to your door.

Are all your products vegan and cruelty-free?

The vast majority of our products are vegan. We vet every supplier to ensure no animal testing is involved, and we clearly mark any items containing ethically sourced beeswax or wool.
